Removed the shortcut that I put in the startup folder in order for it to even load, then rebooted. So I just now went and made sure that the 1st box was checked and the 2nd box unchecked. Only when I clicked on it, would it start. I would ctrl/alt/del to see if maybe it was running in the background, but it wouldn't even be there. Before I had only the "load on startup" checked and it would not even load. Thank you guys for responding.OK I looked at your screen shots and I had them both checked.
